Netflix’s First Global Fan & Influencer Event
SEASON 3
OrangeCon was Netflix’s first global fan and influencer event, created for Orange Is the New Black to turn the series’ passionate online fandom into a real-world cultural moment.
I drove the concept, strategy, creative, and execution of the event, bringing together cast, fans, influencers, press, and creators to celebrate the series ahead of its season three launch.
Designed as both an experiential fan event and a global amplification engine, OrangeCon extended the world of Orange Is the New Black beyond the screen and helped deepen audience connection with one of Netflix’s defining original series.
The event generated more than 200M media impressions and became an early example of how fandom, talent access, influencer participation, and live experience could work together to drive global entertainment marketing.
